No attorney–client relationship

Browsing the site, submitting the form or contacting us in any other way does not create an attorney–client relationship. An engagement exists only after a conflict check and the firm’s written confirmation. Until then, please do not send us confidential information.

Email and website inquiries are not a secure channel for sensitive documents. We will agree an appropriate channel when one is needed.

Matters, rankings and results

Matters shown on the site are described as reported in the press or professional publications, and with client consent where required. A result achieved in one matter does not guarantee a result in another. Rankings mentioned on the site are compiled by independent organisations at their own discretion.

Notarial services

Notarial services are provided by a licensed notary under the Notaries Law, 1976, and its regulations, at the fees they prescribe.

Intellectual property

Rights in the site’s content, including text, design, photographs, the firm’s name and logo, belong to the firm or to rights holders who have permitted their use. Photographs from external sources are credited. Do not copy, publish or alter content from the site without prior written consent, except for personal use, fair quotation or other use the law permits.

Fair use of the site

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
