About
A lawyer since 1995. For some three decades she has handled divorce and family disputes: negotiation, advice, representation and proceedings, as well as resolving the dispute by agreement. She also handles lasting powers of attorney, wills and inheritance, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and the administration of estates.
With the firm, she advises on intergenerational transfers and the reorganisation of family wealth.
After years in litigation she chose to focus on consensual dispute resolution. Her litigation background lets her take on high-conflict and legally complex cases as well.
She teaches collaborative law, negotiation and consensual dispute resolution at Bar-Ilan University, and lectures for the Israel Bar on collaborative divorce to lawyers, therapists and financial professionals. She is co-chair of the Israeli Collaborative Divorce Association.
She initiated and curated the photography exhibition ‘Seeing the Voice: Women Photographers Say No to Domestic Violence’, shown at institutions across Israel.
