Nadav Daraznin is the founding partner of Daraznin & Co., which he established in 1996. For more than three decades he has advised companies, developers and business owners on complex transactions and disputes, with a practice centred on corporate and commercial law, real estate, urban renewal and commercial litigation.
His work spans significant transactions and projects as well as the disputes and proceedings that can arise from them. He begins with the client’s commercial objectives, weighs the risks and the opportunities, and builds the legal strategy around them.
Over the years he has acted for developers and companies across the real estate sector, advised on commercial transactions, and conducted proceedings with substantial business and financial consequences.
Alongside his practice, he serves on a voluntary basis as Acting Chair of the Israel Bar Association’s Urban Renewal Committee.
