Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data the Daraznin & Co. Law Offices & Notary website collects, why, who receives it and what your rights are. It follows the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, as amended by Amendment 13, and applies to the website only. Information you give us in the course of a legal engagement is also covered by a lawyer’s duty of confidentiality.

In short
- The site collects personal data only when you send an inquiry through the form.
- Measurement and marketing tools run only if you allow them, and you can withdraw that at any time. The site does not record sessions.
- We use your data to reply and to check for conflicts of interest. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
- You may see the data held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
Who controls your data
The controller of the database is Daraznin & Co. Law Offices & Notary, B.S.R. 2 Tower, 29th Floor, 1 Ben Gurion Road, Bnei Brak; telephone +972-3-6957121, email office@dlaw.co.il.
Privacy requests: office@dlaw.co.il, with ‘Privacy’ in the subject line.
What the contact form collects
- Full name (required).
- Telephone number or email address, at least one (required).
- The practice area concerned (optional).
- A short message of up to 600 characters (optional).
- Your confirmation that you have read this notice (required).
You are under no legal obligation to provide these details; doing so is your choice. Without a name and a way to reach you we cannot reply. You can always contact us by telephone or email instead.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive details
Until we confirm an engagement, please do not send details of legal proceedings, documents, medical information, identity numbers or financial details through the form. Such information is ‘information of special sensitivity’ under the law. A general description is enough; we will ask for details later through an appropriate channel.
Technical data and how you reached us
To protect the site from abuse, the server processes your IP address to limit repeated requests. It is held in the server’s memory for a short time and is not stored with your inquiry. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs under its own policy.
With an inquiry we keep information about how you reached the site: the referring website, the page you entered on and any campaign (utm) parameters in the link. This helps us understand how people find us.
How we use your data
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a call or meeting.
- To check for conflicts of interest before any engagement, as lawyers must.
- To protect the site and the firm from abuse.
- Only if you allow it: to measure how the site is used and how fast it is, so we can improve it, and which of our advertisements bring inquiries.
Submitting the form does not create an attorney–client relationship and is not legal advice. An engagement exists only once the firm has confirmed it in writing.
We will not send you marketing without your separate, express consent.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It is passed only to the providers that run the website and email for us, only as far as needed, and where the law requires.
Hosting provider: Netlify, Inc., USA, including receipt of inquiries from the contact form. Email provider: Microsoft (Microsoft 365). Only if you allow measurement: Google LLC, USA (Google Analytics). Only if you allow marketing: Google LLC (Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd..
Some providers store data outside Israel. Transfers follow the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.
Cookies and browser storage
Without your consent the site keeps only necessary items in your browser. Measurement and marketing cookies are set only after you allow them, each type separately, and you can change your choice through ‘Cookie preferences’ at the foot of every page. The cookie notice lists every item, its provider and how long it is kept.
Security and retention
Data is protected in line with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017: connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), access to inquiries is limited to staff who need it, and the site does not accept file uploads. No method guarantees complete protection; if a security incident occurs, we will act as the law requires.
An inquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to 24 months from receipt and then deleted. An inquiry that leads to an engagement is kept on the client file under the retention rules that apply to lawyers.
Your rights
- To see the personal data held about you (section 13 of the Law).
- To ask for data that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date to be corrected or deleted (section 14).
- To withdraw consent you have given, from then on.
Send requests to office@dlaw.co.il. We will verify your identity before disclosing data and reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice (gov.il/privacy).
Changes
We will update this notice as the site or the law changes. The current version is published on this page with its date at the top. A material change in how data is used will be brought to your attention before it applies.
